Requirements
- Proven experience in operations and HR management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
- Strong understanding of business functions (HR, finance, operations, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the UAE labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast and meet staffing needs.
- Develop and oversee employee training and development programs.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive working environment.
- Provide strategic HR and operational insights to the leadership team.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and auditing operations.
