Requirements

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology is a must.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of organizational and people development.
Have experience leading a team.
Has experience in preparing Organization Structure and Design, Talent & Performance Management, Job Analysis & Evaluation.
