Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory, risk, and asset management in a manufacturing or similar industry
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
Responsibilities
The Efficiency Engineer Specialist, also known as Engineering Cost Control, is responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of inventory, risk, and asset management. Specifically, they will:
- Supervise and control inventory turnover, inventory age, and material liquidation to ensure efficient inventory management
- Conduct warehouse stock opname to verify inventory levels
- Do auditing of warehouse transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Supervise and control material transaction flow, inventory gain and loss, and abnormal shipments to minimize risk
- Apply assessments to identify areas of improvement in risk management
- Reconcile asset inventory and conduct asset stock opname to ensure proper asset management
- Supervise and control asset movement, maintenance, and liquidation to ensure efficient asset management
- Work on monthly audit projects to identify business improvement opportunities
- Create or update company regulations and business standards to ensure compliance and efficiency
