- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
Responsibilities
The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, expanding our regional presence, nurturing talent, and driving distributor performance. The ideal candidate will have a broad portfolio of products within the industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving substantial growth. This position will oversee the business, commercial, sales management, and marketing teams.

- Lead the business, commercial, sales management, and marketing teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships, and develop strategies to expand the company’s regional presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development, pricing, and marketing strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Drive distributor performance through effective relationship management, training, and incentive programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
