Stella is a graduate of Soegijapranata Catholic University, where she majored in English Literature and Business. She kick-started her career as a Recruitment Consultant at one of the largest Executive Search Firms in APAC, which honed her expertise in the full recruitment life cycle, manpower management, HR functions, and 360-degree relations.
With broad experience working across diverse business sectors, she has gained high exposure in recruiting both tech and non-tech roles on a local and global scale. She has worked with industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, eCommerce, Logistics & SCM, Telecommunications, and Automotive Technology.
